Appointment of new Partners
On January 1st, 2021, Davide Sala Peup and Alessio Frigerio joined the Professional Association of Athena as Partners. The Association strengthens its team and simultaneously fosters, for the first time since its establishment, the internal growth of its Professionals to the Partnership.
Davide Sala Peup is mainly involved in projects referring to Valuations & Deals, Accounting & Business plans and Litigations & Disputes areas, with a special focus on valuation activities and financial modelling (for financial statement purposes, in the context of litigations and for M&A).
Alessio Frigerio is mainly involved in projects referring to Accounting & Business plans, Valuation & Deals, Crisis Management areas, with a special focus on financial statements opinions, business plan preparation (also in the context of bankrupt procedures), financial due diligence and support within litigations.
