ATHENA advises Tikedo (White Bridge Investments) on the acquisition of Sfinge Etichette
Tikedo, a group operating in the label sector across Southern Europe and part of the White Bridge Investments portfolio, has acquired a majority stake in Sfinge Etichette, a company specialising in the production of self-adhesive labels, with its operational base in the Republic of San Marino.
ATHENA assisted Tikedo as financial due diligence advisor on the transaction, with a team comprising senior partner Luisa Spadari, manager Mattia Platino, consultant Donatella Veroux, and analysts Gaia Braghetti and Davide Tentorio.
Established in 1987, Sfinge Etichette manages the entire production process in-house, from graphic design to finishing, and is FSC-certified. The acquisition is Tikedo's third in the past three months: it brings the group's total to ten production sites across Italy and the Republic of San Marino and strengthens Tikedo's presence in Central Italy.
Riccardo Riccardi, Sfinge Etichette's current owner, will support the company during the transition period, while his son Michele Riccardi will continue to work within the business, which thus becomes part of the Tikedo Group's growth journey.
