ATHENA advises Whitelab on nine acquisitions
We are particularly pleased to have assisted Whitelab, a group backed by White Bridge Investments, in its ambitious growth journey, which today reaches a new milestone with the completion of nine acquisitions: Ecosud, Ades, Tracciatori, D'Aniello Lab, Inlab Solutions, Poliedro, Proj.Eco Engineering, Ambiente Lab and Laboratori Riuniti.
This is by now a well-established relationship, which over the years has allowed us to support Whitelab across numerous transactions and to closely follow its growth and consolidation in the Italian testing and compliance services market.
The nine transactions required the involvement of a multidisciplinary ATHENA team, which supported the Group with accounting, financial and tax due diligence, bringing together cross-functional and specialist expertise for targets of differing size, activity and complexity.
With these acquisitions, Whitelab reaches a total of 30 acquisitions, over 1,000 professionals, more than 30 operating sites and aggregate pro-forma revenues exceeding €130 million.
