ATHENA advisor di LVG Hotel Collection (White Bridge Investments) nell'acquisizione dell'Hotel San Giovanni a Roma
LVG Hotel Collection, an Italian hotel group backed by the White Bridge Investments III fund, has completed the acquisition of the Hotel San Giovanni in Rome, a four-star property whose management was transferred by Gruppo Simone S.r.l.
As part of the transaction, LVG Hotel Collection was assisted by ATHENA on financial and tax due diligence, with a team comprising partner Luisa Spadari, manager Giada Mancini and analyst Donato Greco.
The Hotel San Giovanni, located just steps from the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, occupies a historic building fully renovated and converted into a hospitality property in 2018, offering 82 rooms, a meeting room and dedicated services for both international leisure and business guests.
With this transaction, LVG Hotel Collection adds Lazio to its national portfolio, which already includes properties in Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto, Liguria, Emilia-Romagna and Sardinia, for a total of 22 properties and over 1,300 rooms under direct management.
