ATHENA supports MARCHESINI GROUP in the adoption of the 231 Model
ATHENA Associati, with a team composed of Matteo Meloni, Silvia Cappelletti, Fabio Conte and Luca Liguori assisted Marchesini Group S.p.A. in the initial adoption of the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001. At the conclusion of the project, Professor Massimo Livatino (Senior Partner at ATHENA) assumed the role of Chairman of the company’s Supervisory Body.
Marchesini Group is an Italian family-owned company founded in 1974 in Pianoro (Bologna) and an international leader in the design and manufacture of machines and complete packaging lines, particularly for the pharmaceutical and beauty industries.
The adoption of the 231 Model by the parent company Marchesini Group S.p.A. represents only the first step in a broader process which—also with the support of ATHENA—aims at the gradual extension of the 231 system to the Group’s subsidiaries, with the additional objective of increasingly aligning the operational processes across the various companies.
