ATHENA assists PM&Partners; in the acquisition of a majority stake in Seta Beauty Clinic
PM&Partners SGR, through the PM&Partners III fund, has acquired a majority stake in Seta Beauty Clinic, an Italian company active in the skincare, laser hair removal and advanced aesthetics sector.
Founded in 2011, Seta Beauty Clinic has developed over the years a business model characterized by widespread presence across the national territory, through a network of more than 100 centers, combining advanced technologies, specialized staff and an integrated range of treatments dedicated to personal care and wellbeing. The company now ranks among the leading operators in Italy in its market segment.
As part of the transaction, current managers and shareholders Emanuele Zugaro and Lorenzo Blanco will retain a minority stake in the Company and will continue to contribute to the development of Seta Beauty Clinic, supporting PM&Partners in the new growth path.
