ATHENA alongside Fortidia in the financial, tax, and payroll due diligence in the acquisition of ParcelValue
Fortidia, a multinational company active in shipping, logistics, and marketing services through more than 10 brands, including Mail Boxes Etc., has acquired ParcelValue, a Swiss company that provides end-to-end shipment management services for businesses.
As part of the transaction, Fortidia was assisted by ATHENA on financial, tax, and payroll due diligence, with a team led by Partner Alessio Frigerio, Manager Valentina Del Corno and Consultant Fabiana Barjami and Lucia Ghigna.
Fortidia operates in 57 countries through multiple franchise brands, via an entrepreneurial platform consisting of over 3,200 Business Solutions Centers. Founded in 2011, ParcelValue offers shipping services to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises through a network of 17 entrepreneurs operating in Italy without physical locations. The company has also established a presence in France through a Master Licensee.
