ATHENA alongside White Lab in the acquisition of Metal Services
White Lab, an Italian platform active in testing services owned by White Bridge Investments, has acquired Metal Services group, thus continuing its path of consolidation in the world of analytical laboratories. To date, the platform has 18 laboratories with over 500 employees and has achieved an aggregated turnover of over 60 million euros, with a widespread presence throughout the national territory.
ATHENA Associati, with a team led by Senior partner Anna Luisa Spadari, Director Giovanni Rigo, Consultant Giada Mancini, Analysts Alessandro Trombini and Edoardo Baldovin, assisted White Lab in the financial due diligence for the transaction.
The Metal Services group, headquartered in Ronchi dei Legionari, in the province of Gorizia, Italy, is the result of the successful integration of three laboratories: Metal Services Materials Testing, NDT Services and Lab Met The group has more than 35 years of experience in testing and quality control of metallic materials.
