She joined Athena in 2016, where she mainly deals with advisory projects in Accounting & Business plans and Valuations & Deals areas, with a focus on due diligence, M&A advisory, implementation of management accounting systems and tools, and management advisory, also within the healthcare and public administration sector.
Background
She worked for PwC from 1994 to 2000, dealing with auditing of industrial and financial clients – also listed – and reached the position of manager. She was CFO of Bialetti Industrie - listed on the MTA - from 2000 to 2008, where she also worked as project manager during the IPO process, other than Dirigente Preposto alla tenuta dei libri contabili ex art. 154-bis, co. 3 and 4, of Legislative Decree 24 February 1998 n. 58.
In 2019 she obtained the Executive Master in Management of Health and Social Care Organizations at SDA Bocconi.

She is member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of SMEs; she was member of the Board of Directors or Board of Statutory Auditors of portfolio companies owned by investment funds.
She was member of the Board of Directors and member of the risks, related parties, and compensation committee of Bialetti Industrie.
